Celebrating 1st Anniversary as Home Owners!

The Evans' Family is celebrating our first year in our home today!  Our home is truly a blessing from God!  A little over a year ago, we had no idea that we would be homeowners.  With so much going on from transitioning to one income and our baby son Kaleb in the NICU, becoming homeowners was seeming to be just a dream far down the road!  In the natural things looked impossible, but in the SUPERNATURAL, God said "ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!"

We had only been in Nashville for 8 months and we were entertaining the idea of purchasing a home within the next year or two.  Out of curiosity, we contacted our amazing soon to be real estate agent Tracy to obtain information about becoming homeowners and preparation steps.  Within two days, we were approved and looking for our first home!  A total surprise and blessing from God!  After several weeks of looking, we found our dream home on Sweetwater Circle.

We are so thankful to God for allowing us to be obedient and to walk in his favor!  My husband and I are grateful that we have a home to raise our children, begin our family adventures, and an amazing community to grow with.  Our home reminds us that if we continue to seek God first in all that we do, he will bless us with abundance!

  3. Our lives have mirrored each other in so many ways, Chamel! We also bought our first house in May of last year after transitioning to one income (and having our first child). It has been such a blessing so I totally understand how you are feeling right now!!!

May God continually bless you and your family!
