I must admit that since I've been a stay at home mom (SAHM) that I haven't focus much on fashion. I have a closet and storage containers filled with nice clothes that I wore while working! Within the last several months I have vowed that I will take better care of myself and put a little more effort into my look because when you look good you feel good! I can be a fashion forward mom and still have style and not compromise being comfortable while trying to run behind two little active boys! :)' So, I'm devoting a post each month on a Friday to showcase my fashion adventures using clothing I already own and adding pieces along the way. It wouldn't be me if I wasn't Frugal Fashion Forward! My goal is to have fun, be cute, and budget conscience! Hope you enjoy and look forward to connecting and sharing ideas!
Chamel you are looking good. I must agree with you that when you look good you feel better. I have put forth some effort this week to do so.
ReplyDeleteI have been on the the three days no junk food challenge. I feel better and it is a good cleansing for the body. Now that I am not working away from home, my closet is full with clothing. It is time to get out of the sweat, legging and jogging pants everyday. As far as the natural hair, I have to give it up and now I am looking for a cute short hair style.

DeleteI love shopping on a clearance rack period!! Old Navy does have some great clothes. BUT what is shingle style? I've never heard of that before, I'm curious because your hair looks good!!
ReplyDeleteMionna! Thanks for following my blog and I look forward to connecting! When I do shop...I'm all about clearance and those red tags! I also find some great deals at Target! As for the shingle method, I basically start my hair in a wet state (after showering) and then I mix a product(s) (this style: eco styler gel/aloe vera gel) and finger rack in from root to ends in sections. Once complete..shake a little bit and let air dry...ding...shingle method! Let me know if you have further questions! (psss....I do a lot of youtubing also )
